-For new students I’ll do a brief diagnostic during the first session (or review recent work/grades you send).
-Together we set 1–3 short‑term goals and a clear long‑term target (skill mastery, grade improvement, or course completion).

Choose a Package & Schedule Lessons
-Pick the package that matches your goals (single session, weekly bundle, retainer, or 10‑Hour Bundle).
-Prepay discounted packages to reserve your spot; single sessions can be scheduled as needed.

Tailored Lesson Plan & Materials
-I create a customized plan that sequences skills, practice, and assessments.
-$150 nonrefundable booking fee (applied to materials and the June Intro) required to reserve summer workshop spots. Private students are charged a $50 materials fee at enrollment for starter handouts. Any additional materials can be purchased with parent approval.

Instruction & Between‑Session Support
-Sessions mix targeted instruction, guided practice, and strategy coaching.
-Limited email clarifications included (brief questions; 48‑hr response). For ongoing written feedback or scheduled check‑ins, add an Extended Communication plan or Student Check‑Ins.

Progress Monitoring & Adjustments
-I track measurable checkpoints and adjust pacing as needed.
-If progress stalls, I reassess and modify the plan or recommend a different package/add‑on.

Flexible Scheduling & Make‑Up Policy
-Single sessions: 24‑hour notice to avoid a fee.
-Prepaid packages/retainers: 48‑hour notice; one make‑up allowed per month for prepaid clients.

Payment & Add‑On Services
-Payment methods: cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle.
-Add‑Ons (check‑ins, homework review, parent strategy sessions, extended communication) can be purchased a la carte or prepaid.

Ongoing Communication
You’ll receive clear next steps after each lesson. For parents who want regular updates, add‑ons provide scheduled check‑ins and written feedback.
